Practice Setting: * Join a team of 3 Urologists in our award-winning healthcare system * Access multiple subspecialty departments, including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Oncology, Neurology, and General, Thoracic, Cardiac, Neuro, Vascular, Gynecology/Oncology, and Oncology Surgery. * New graduate-friendly system with opportunities for professional growth * Davinci XI robot and 3T MRI, robotic certification is not required but would be a plus * General Urology along with Oncology Urology cases required - Oncology fellowship is not required * State-of-the-art clinic built in August 2023 Schedule: * Busy practice with the ability to see 25+ patients per clinic day * 1:4 call taken in 1-week blocks Compensation & Benefits: * $575k base compensation + wRVU productivity with excellent earning potential * $50,000 recruitment incentive * Student loan forgiveness * Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement plan with contribution, malpractice coverage, CME allowance & time, plus 4 weeks of paid time off Location Details: * The California coastline offers views of the Pacific Ocean, natural beauty, and a year-round temperate climate * Home to quality educational institutions * Residents can take short drives to explore Big Sur s coastline, Carmel-by-the Sea, and Napa Valley * As a Blue Zone-certified area, the community promotes health and wellness through various programs, fitness initiatives, and farmers' markets JN -7
