Radiology - Interventional Physician

Hospital is seeking a LOCUM interventional radiologist to join their Hospital team ASAP! * Coverage needed due to physician retirement * Hospital-based practice setting * Schedule: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., call coverage for entire week if working that week * Average of 8-11 cases daily, with high volume of paracentesis, thoracentesis, and biopsies * Level 3 Trauma Center with an annual ER volume of 55,000 * EMR: EPIC; teleradiology via Radia on Philips ISite platform * Team: 2 interventional radiologists locally, 25+ system-wide; standard hospital IR support staff * Patient population: Adults (includes geriatric and adolescent patients) * Board Certification required: AOBR or ABR * Fellowship training required in Interventional Radiology (IR) * Required procedures: Angiography, CT, Ultrasound * Required interventional procedures: Angioplasty, stent placement, chemoembolization, embolization, aortic aneurysm endograft stent, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and kyphoplasty * Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 3-4 months Submission Requirements * Board Certified in Interventional Radiology - REQUIRED * Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology - highly preferred * Active WA License - REQUIRED * ACLS - REQUIRED
