Marshfield Clinic Health System in Marshfield, Wisconsin is seeking a BC/BE Fellowship-trained Shoulder and Elbow Orthopedic Surgeon a large Orthopedic Surgery practice. This exciting position has an established patient panel with a large volume of shoulder arthroplasties. This practice would predominantly be a shoulder and elbow practice. The department includes colleagues that are Fellowship-trained in Trauma, Hand, Foot & Ankle, Sports Medicine, Pediatrics and Total Joint Specialists. The current practice has a very busy shoulder and elbow surgeon who will be retiring in Spring 2024. The practice boasts an exceptional facility with a large ASC, advanced imaging on site, in-office fluoroscopy, and adjacent inpatient recovery short-stay suites. Call is 1:9. Expected total shoulder volume would be total shoulders per year. Total case volume easily should reach 400 cases per year. Double rooms available for efficient surgeons. Most cases are done in the outpatient surgery center.

Compensation and Benefits
* $726,210 ( 2 year Guarantee salary ) with production pay once the guarantee is exceeded/ Potential recruitment bonus
