Emergency Medicine Physician

Hi there! This is Jason from ProTouch Medical. We are in search of a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician for the Eastern Illinois area. The ideal Candidate will be Board Certified Emergency Medicine (ABEM) & be OK with both days and nights. Shifts beginning September 2024. Once provider is accepted and moved into credentialing, can start offering tentative shifts. Job Type : Locums / Contract Shifts : 8a-8p & 8p-8a 12-hour shifts Work setting : * 14,664 Yearly Volume (40 pts/day) * Admission Rate: 7% * ED Beds: 10 * 12 hours of APP coverage * EMR: Center * Dictation software available * Must participate in EDAP & Acute Stroke Ready Hospital Initiatives * Trauma Designation: Stroke Center * Subspecialty Backup: ENT; Peds; GI; Optho; Ortho; Surgery; Behavioral Health; Obstetrics Requirements : * MUST ABEM with 2 years experience (No Exceptions) * Current & Active ACLS, BLS & DEA What I need from you to present you for consideration : * One intro phone call to go over job details, field questions and learn more about you. * Current Up-to-Date CV (including Locums history) * Provider's Contact Info * Malpractice and/or Background Documentation (NPDB) * References if Available * Scope of Services if Applicable * NPI and/or License Number * Availability You will likely have some questions that remain unanswered.
