Who You'll Work With

You are keen to listen and understand, comfortable with ambiguity and able to work in environments with complex stakeholder relationships. By assessing the current state, you can propose solutions which incorporate technology, ways of working, data literacy, governance, and change.

  • Advise clients on establishing a data-driven culture that aligns with their strategic business objectives, fostering an environment where data underpins all facets of decision-making.
  • Conduct maturity assessments, understand the current state of data and AI culture as well as define target maturity levels.
  • Propose a roadmap encompassing tailored solutions and capabilities to bridge the maturity gap, integrating flexible and scalable systems, establishing reference architecture, and addressing data sharing and ethics, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Optimize organizational structures and processes to support agile data and analytics efforts, ensuring a seamless flow between data collection and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to execute their data and AI roadmaps, taking ownership of initiatives and guiding clients through the transformation.
