About the team
The People's team mission is to have exceptional people grow in an exceptional environment. We are currently a team of 16 people, including 6 dedicated recruiters and we keep scaling.
The recruiting team's mission is to identify and attract exceptional talent, enhancing our globally distributed team across both technology and go-to-market (GTM) sectors.

About the role
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will oversee our talent acquisition team and drive the strategic hiring initiatives to support our rapid scale-up. You will develop and implement data-driven hiring strategies, manage and mentor our team of recruiters: which is split between GTM recruiters and Tech recruiters, and build a strong employer brand globally. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the tech startup ecosystem, a passion for data, and a proven track record in scaling organizations.

What you'll do
- Define and Implement Hiring Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy that includes: internal mobility, internal referrals, SEO optimised job descriptions, cohort based hiring, sourcing, automated processes and target metrics to meet our aggressive growth goals.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters, providing continuous feedback and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Optimize Team Organization: Establish efficient organizational structures and methods to manage workload, performance, and KPIs through our dashboard.
- Automate and Streamline Processes: Create automated and efficient recruitment processes to maximize productivity and enhance the candidate experience.
- Build a Strong Employer Brand: Develop and promote a compelling employer brand in all our locations, organizing tech meetups, and leveraging marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure diversity and inclusion are integral to all hiring practices and initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in recruiting within the tech industry.
- Extensive experience in forecasted hiring planning with a proven track record in anticipating and addressing staffing needs based on business growth and market trends
- Proven track record of managing and growing a team of recruiters, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and support.
- Deep familiarity with recruiting tools and processes, and the ability to implement and manage these effectively.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate KPIs into actionable insights and communicate the value of the recruiting team to hiring managers.
- Experience in building and promoting a strong employer brand.
- Expertise in diversity and inclusion best practices.
