Leidos is seeking a Cloud Engineer for a position as part of a team supporting AFLCMC/HNCD efforts in San Antonio, TX. This is an onsite position.

Pay Range: Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00

Leidos is seeking a Cloud Engineer for a position as part of a team supporting AFLCMC/HNCD efforts in San Antonio, TX. This is an onsite position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in architecting advanced mission enabling solutions for the Air Force
- Assist in providing technical direction for AF customers migrating to Government Cloud Providers
- Support integrating all cloud solutions and strategies into the Risk Management Framework and overall business practices
- Provide recommendations and develop deliverables to the customer.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology and 4+ years of relevant experience within cloud environments
- This position requires the candidate possess an active DoD TS/SCI with the ability to maintain the clearance
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience creating and managing cloud infrastructures
- Direct, hands-on experience to deploy cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with AWS tools such as EKS; Kubectl and Helm
- Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships
- Scripting experience with python and bash
- DoD 8570 IAT/IAM Level II equivalent certification
- AWS associate level certification or above
- Experience in deploying enterprise services such as Domain Name System, Active Directory, etc.
- A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a dynamic working environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud services experience (AWS, Azure, Google).
- Experience designing, developing, deploying, testing in AWS architecture
- Cloud Architecting experience
- Familiarity or hands-on experiences with CloudFormation and Lambda Proficiency and experience with AWS developer tools and workflows (AWSCLI, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Experience with programming and infrastructure automation (JSON, YAML, Python, Terraform)
- Other industry certifications a plus
- Familiarity with cloud data and computing concepts
- Experience implementing Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) for various systems
- Azure 900 Fundamentals
