What You'll be Working on
The VP of CX, Retention & Loyalty will be responsible for leading and executing high-impact product & marketing strategies across Authentic's portfolio of in-house operated websites and digital products. This role will focus on maximizing customer LTV, engagement, and retention across a variety of digital touchpoints, including site, email, SMS, app, and paid channels, optimizing and leveraging our CDP and A/B testing platform to optimize toward business outcomes.

What You'll be Working on

What You'll do
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute differentiated go-to-market digital, creative and performance marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand message across channels and output
- Oversee the vision and design of personalization initiatives for each brand to improve the quality and performance of customer touchpoints
- Lead customer engagement strategy and ongoing execution across Email, SMS, and Push notifications, driving performance through championing best practices, A/B testing, customer insights, predictive data models, cross-channel cohesion, and segmentation
- Support paid media strategy and execution, driving effective strategies across paid social, paid search and programmatic media, collaborating closely with creative and solutions marketing partners to lead campaigns from beginning to end
- Oversee the development of effective upper, mid and lower funnel creative assets to drive awareness, engagement and leads in line with business objectives
- Drive development and adoption of innovative content formats for owned and paid channels
- Help drive strong engagement and optimizations across Authentic portfolio sites, ensuring customer journeys are effectively integrated across all digital touchpoints
- Partner with VP of E-Commerce to optimize the end-to-end customer experience through establishment of leading customer support standards and processes
- Manage broad set of vendor partners, including ESP, SMS, Push Notification, Site, etc. and stay ahead of the trends with emerging technology
- Lead, nurture, and develop high-performing team of data driven, champions of our customer experience
- Partner with Brand Management and Licensee teams to drive our digital priorities and ensure cohesive brand experiences across all channels
Must Haves
- 10+ years of experience in digital/retention marketing, with a focus on multi-channel campaign management across paid search, paid social, SEO, and display advertising
- Experience leading retention marketing strategies for large-scale eCommerce businesses or digital platforms with multiple websites
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, personalization, and attribution modeling
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and digital advertising technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Proven ability to drive profitable customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through performance marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex marketing strategies to senior leadership
