This position is responsible for the development and overall leadership of the National account program for a customer that spans the country. This position will work cross functionally to define the strategy and put solutions in place for the entire organization on multi-site opportunities. This position will also be accountable for driving speed to revenue, offer productivity improvements and provide operations support as needed to field leadership. Finally, the position will collaborate with peers to create a business case to build an infrastructure that would assist sales and sales leadership with the management of multi-site opportunities. You will lead, coach and reinforce the financially based value proposition that differentiates Aramsco from its competitors and results in sole source/preferred vendor agreements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify requirements and develop a business case to assist field leadership in the assessment, strategy, development, closure, and implementation of large complex multi-site opportunities.
- Work closely with field leadership to identify and deliver at least 6 large annual National Account customer opportunities; including but not limited to, negotiation of deals, allocation of appropriate resources and implementation. These should cover all Aramsco verticals.
- Analyze current business trends or emerging market segments and proactively identify product solution opportunities with our key suppliers, allowing the leadership team to react quickly.
- Work with training and sales support to design and implement a simplified major account process, customized roll out program for RSM's and their field sales teams around the execution management of these customer programs.
- Work with VP of National Accounts to identify potential target customers and overall market opportunity.
- Institute processes for the communication, and analysis of National Account performance management.
- Assist functional business team in driving a culture of customer accountability based on monthly inspection of key account metrics and the processes that support these deals.
- Work with Sales Support to develop requirements for a customer database that will ensure appropriate capture of LoU information and customer profiles. Develop short- and long-term reporting and analysis tools for these deals.
- Ensure the execution of signed agreements with the assigned customers.
- Assist National Account Sellers and field teams Develop and implement multi-year business plans for the accomplishment of Company sales, GP and related services objectives.
- Analyze current business trends or emerging market segments and proactively identify product solution opportunities for our customers, allowing the leadership team to react quickly.
- Provide change management and leadership to involve cross functional business partners to develop and implement new processes and standard work as part of the customer base.
- Drive Aramsco Exclusive Brands throughout the contracting and implementation process.
- Director of National Accounts team to maintain and grow relationships at a corporate executive level and with their large portfolio companies.
- Leverage CI methodology/practices to drive continuous improvement in customer/company practices to improve sales and margin, drive specific product standardization, process improvement, and branded inventory optimization.
- Assist functional business team and peers in other business units in driving a culture of customer accountability based on monthly inspection of key metrics and the processes that support these deals.
- Ensure the performance and talent management of all direct reports; recruit and develop a strong bench for future expansion
Qualifications/ Skills
- Leadership experience with top tier National Customers.
- Experience leading large complex projects/organizations requiring matrix people management
- Experience writing and presenting Business Cases
- Proven executive presentation and meeting facilitation skills
- Proven ability to develop and manage talent
- Project Management experience
- Previous people management experience leading a sales team
- Strong financial acumen
- Undergraduate Degree required
- Minimum of 10-years' experience in sales.
- Must have previous management experience.
- Capacity to develop and implement strategy for customer segments as well as specific groups.
- Strong general management skills, including process management and financial management.
- Ability to grasp and learn complex concepts quickly and independently.
- Relationship management plan that leverages executive impact.
- Individual will be responsible for customers that span the country; 40-50% travel required.
