About the role

Agital-Highnoon is looking for a full-time Sr. Performance Marketing Strategist to join our media team. The ideal candidate should 10+ years of experience in overseeing all lead generation accounts from a strategic perspective and making sure that we are constantly testing and optimizing campaigns for the best results. This experience can be client-side, or agency-side. Specific required experience should include direct platform work within Google Ads (Search, YouTube, display and remarketing) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn).

What you'll do

The Sr. Performance Marketing Strategist's responsibilities include:

  • Campaign management: Overseeing the strategy, creation, management, and refinement of campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Performance analysis: Measuring, analyzing, and reporting the performance of campaigns against goals
  • Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to boost metrics
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams to evaluate and improve the customer experience and customer acquisition model
  • Budgeting: Would not be responsible for day-to-day budget, but should have the ability to make strategic budgets for scopes/campaigns
  • Strategy: Developing and executing strategic performance marketing initiatives and plans
  • Audience strategy: Collaborate with team on audience personas and developing strategies that target varying personas
  • Technical guidance: Providing technical guidance to other media team members
  • Communication: Communicating effectively with internal teams and a strong presence in front of clients
  • Reviewing full marketing journey from channel strategy to UX to conversion strategy
  • Act as main strategic liaison with the client across a variety of accounts
  • Will handle the bulk of strategy development working in tandem with the client services and media teams
  • Ongoing client communication on status calls and presentations to ensure strategic initiatives have ongoing improvements
  • Participate on reporting presentations to relay how strategic initiatives are performing


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of paid media experience (client-side, or agency-side) within performance marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Advertising, Marketing or a related-field
  • Any experience in higher education, real estate and energy sectors is a huge plus
  • Extensive experience in strategy development and building/executing lead gen media campaigns
  • Ability to think critically about each project you're working on, along with the Client's business and marketing objectives
  • Strong ability to provide lateral leadership
  • Direct hands on keyboard experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, paid social and/or programmatic advertising
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and identify and resolve problems autonomously
  • Experience with A/B and other testing modalities
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills; articulate when writing and speaking
  • Ability to analyze data and provide data or evidence-based recommendations
  • Highly organized with an ability to always hit deadlines for assigned work
  • Highly experienced with Microsoft 365 products, as well as Project Management platforms
  • A very strong work ethic and ability to deal with the frequently changing workload including varied projects and fast-paced situations associated with an advertising and marketing agency
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all client-facing deliverables
