Job Description

The Creative Strategy team's responsibility is to deliver world-class influencer marketing creative strategy, creative solutions, and creator-generated content for Linqia's clients.

The responsibility of the Senior Creative Strategist is to act as a trusted creative expert and senior support to Linqia's revenue organization, developing and consistently raising the innovation and quality of our proposals, and executing creatively compelling and effective creator-led client campaigns.

What You'll Do
  • People & Processes:
    • Act as a mentor to more junior team members
  • Creative (Pre-Sale):
    • Ideate on insight-driven creator campaign ideas for our clients
    • Lead the creation of Tiger Team and War Room proposals
    • Design Canva slides for proposals and proactive decks
    • Create social media mocks, including editing images and copywriting, for proposals and proactive decks
  • Creative (Post-Sale):
    • Craft creative briefs for creators, including sourcing music and designing mood boards
    • Give creators feedback on their creative outlines/scripts to up-level their creative executions
  • Creative (Cross-Client):
    • Stay on top of social media and creator trends with a view to how we can tap into these for our clients
  • Special project (25% of hours):
    • Brief partner agency on trending Instagram content creation for CPG/retail client
    • Oversee social media strategy for CPG/retail client (including reviewing monthly reports and ideating for future creator campaigns and brand handle content)

Ideal Qualifications
  • +5 years of creative experience at a creative agency, social media platform, influencer marketing agency, or brand-side
  • Experience ideating on campaigns, building proposals, and presenting to clients
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (in priority order: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and beyond)
  • Experience with 2 or more of the following: copywriting, mock creation, art direction, graphic design, brand strategy, video editing, creative strategy
  • Familiarity with Canva, Keynote, and Photoshop
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Located in the SF Bay Area and able to commute to the office two times a week.


Compensation Range: $110,000 - $160,000 base salary. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
