We are seeking experienced and high performing Senior Account Executives to join our US Enterprise Sales teams.

As a Senior Account Executive, your main focus is closing new enterprise clients in our target verticals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales and the ability to navigate complex sales processes, where targets are met and exceeded.

You will be based in New York City.

Job Summary:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the enterprise segment to achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within large enterprise accounts.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead complex negotiations, working closely with legal teams to close deals that meet both client and company requirements
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and forecast sales opportunities, keeping accurate records of prospecting activities and ongoing deals in our CRM system
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing and product to develop sales initiatives tailored to specific enterprise accounts.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide detailed sales reports and account status updates to the leadership team, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration and mentorship: Partner with technical teams and customer success to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. Mentor more junior team members
  • Account Planning: Contribute to detailed plans for accounts, outlining strategies for growth, cross-sell and upsell.
  • Market & Industry Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:

You're passionate about sales and equally passionate about being part of a world-class team. You understand the importance of and take pride in bringing new, large clients to Epidemic.
  • 8+ years experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding and a network from selling to one of the following verticals: Media (inc. Broadcasting, Production), Digital Publishing, Agencies, Corporate (inc. FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, Sports)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Proven experience in leading negotiations with enterprise-level clients
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and reporting, and other typical systems - Ironclad, Jira, etc.
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done

This is a full-time position based in New York City. This position has a base compensation span of 89 500 - 163,000 USD yearly, depending on seniority, and an uncapped commission.
