SouthCare Animal Medical Center in Spokane is seeking an Associate Veterinarian.
Southcare Animal Medical Center provides the ideal balance between professional work environment and respectful personal time. We would love to add a veterinarian who is passionate about client service, has a strong surgical interest, and is dedicated to continued learning and collaboration. We are a gold-certified feline-friendly practice, have advanced equipment including digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, and a full in-house laboratory.
SALARY PLUS Compensation Model:
Guaranteed Annual SALARY paid month to month (range $110,000 - $120,000 depending on experience)
PLUS Monthly Production Bonus (we are paying your guaranteed salary UP FRONT and then you have the ability to produce up to and beyond this salary minimum. The additional revenue produced will qualify you for a production bonus based on a percentage rate of 21%-22%.)

- Relocation Bonus Package ($5,000 - $10,000)
New Grad Benefits
- Program for all New Grads for year one.
- Tuition Assistance Bonus to newly graduated veterinarians who commit to a contract by the end of 2024.
- CE for newly graduated veterinarians who commit to a contract by end of 2024.
- Once you sign with us, if you refer "a friend" you can earn an additional $10,000.
