About the Role: We are seeking a Business Development Representative (Partnerships) to join our entrepreneurial, social, and growing team! In this role, you will identify new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with a variety of MarTech, AdTech, and referral partners. You will be integral to our sales and partnerships efforts, collaborating closely with the marketing and account teams to help drive value back to our partners.

Base salary based on education, experience, and skills level ($62,400-$192,500)

About the Role: We are seeking a Business Development Representative (Partnerships) to join our entrepreneurial, social, and growing team! In this role, you will identify new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with a variety of MarTech, AdTech, and referral partners. You will be integral to our sales and partnerships efforts, collaborating closely with the marketing and account teams to help drive value back to our partners.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify and source new business and partnership opportunities through research, networking, and outreach (cold calls/emails).
- Onboard, build, and maintain relationships with referral partners, acting as a key point of contact for all inquiries and enablement activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to support the planning and execution of events such as industry conferences, networking dinners, brand summits, and joint webinars with partners.
- Become an expert on all things WITHIN and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events to increase awareness and generate leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly new business targets driven through the partnerships channel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within a B2B context, with a focus on driving revenue and goal attainment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and partners effectively.
- Proven track record of executing successful sales and partnership initiatives, especially in B2B SaaS or partner organizations.
- Experience in event planning and execution, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
- Passion for sales and partnerships, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Base salary based on education, experience, and skills level ($62,400-$192,500)
- Level 1 - $62,400-$88,420
- Entry Level - Meets qualifications on a minimum basis
- Level 2 - $88,420-$114,440
- Junior level - Exceeds qualifications on a moderate basis
- Level 3 - $114,440-$140,460
- Middle Level - Exceeds qualifications on a strong basis
- Level 4 - $140,460-$166,480
- Advanced Level - Exceeds qualifications on an extensive or advanced basis
- Level 5 - $166,480-$192,500
- Senior Level - Exceeds qualifications on an outstanding basis
