We are excited to announce an opportunity with our latest client in Rochester, who is looking to expand their event marketing team. They believe that face-to-face interactions are the key to achieving their marketing objectives and enhancing client engagement.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team and assist with branded marketing events throughout the Rochester area. This internship offers hands-on experience and the chance to develop a diverse skill set in:

• Brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Marketing, sales, and promotional strategies
• Event coordination and management
• General business operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting and organizing marketing materials (brochures, banners, etc.) for upcoming events
• Promoting brand awareness and growing the customer base through direct interactions
• Setting up branded displays at various venues around the region
• Engaging with existing and potential customers to foster conversations
• Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and occasionally managing complaints
• Processing sales transactions for interested customers

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA
• Available to start within 2 weeks and commit to a minimum of 12 weeks
• Must be able to commute to our Rochester office daily
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Capacity to retain and recall product information
• Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face
• Professional attire and a positive demeanor
