We are looking for an experienced 'full-cycle' Partner Account Manager to join our North America team to help drive recruitment, enablement, and activation for our Marketing Security offering across SIs and Agencies. This is an individual contributor role.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Reporting to the SVP Partner & Channels, the PAM will be responsible for developing and executing the partner strategy and Go-To-Market (GTM) plan with the partners, regional sales teams, marketing, and other key stakeholders, and for evangelizing Cheq's value proposition within the partner ecosystem.

You will be expected to design, lead and execute initiatives to drive partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement and activation, assist their collaboration with our sales teams, develop and monitor their pipeline, and build relationships with their stakeholders to ensure their success.

This role requires strong relationship management and problem solving skills combined with channel-focused professional experience. You will bring a track record of strong follow-through, project completion, and consistently meeting targets.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Grow the partner community by identifying and recruiting relevant martech systems integrators, agencies, consultants, digital analytics providers, resellers etc.
  • Closing, managing, and enabling partners to successfully refer clients to CHEQ.
  • Ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing)
  • Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive partner-sourced pipeline
  • Work with leaders from assigned partner(s) to develop a joint plan that includes investments in practice development, co-marketing and co-selling.
  • Ensure appropriate tracking and reporting related to partner activity (Leading and Lagging indicators)
  • Facilitate regular cadences between partner and CHEQ stakeholders.


Requirements

  • 10+ years in a channel sales or channel management roles focused on multiple partner types (GSI's, RSI's, Agencies etc.) in a SAAS B2B environment, ideally with domain background in MarTech, AdTech, eCommerce, Analytics, Security, Privacy.
  • Experience and relationships within major marketing cloud and data cloud partners in the Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems would be especially valued.
  • Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant tools and information to make timely data driven proposals/ decisions and effectively communicate rationale.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced revenue or channel sales through consulting partners and/ or agencies.
  • Understanding of service offering creation, marketing, lead generation and professional services organization key performance indicators.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and data skills.


The base pay range for this position is $145,000 - $175,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.

This position is currently eligible for a variable component based on specified benchmarks, in accordance with all applicable terms and conditions.
