Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Implement performance review programs, provide training, and guide managers through the process.
- Facilitate continuous feedback systems to encourage employee growth and development.
- Address performance issues and work on employee improvement plans as necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring issues are resolved fairly and in alignment with company policies.
- Foster a culture of trust, inclusivity, and transparency.
- Mediate conflicts and enhance workplace relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to maintain legal compliance.

- Conduct compensation analysis and ensure competitive, fair wage structures.
- Manage the company's payroll process in collaboration with finance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
