The HR Manager at Harmonious Capital Administration will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions. This includes talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy development. The role requires strategic collaboration with leadership to foster a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding.

- Develop strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

  1. Performance Management:

- Implement performance review programs, provide training, and guide managers through the process.

- Facilitate continuous feedback systems to encourage employee growth and development.

- Address performance issues and work on employee improvement plans as necessary.

  1. Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring issues are resolved fairly and in alignment with company policies.

- Foster a culture of trust, inclusivity, and transparency.

- Mediate conflicts and enhance workplace relationships.

  1. HR Policy & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.

- Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.

- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to maintain legal compliance.

  1. Compensation & Benefits:

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

- Conduct compensation analysis and ensure competitive, fair wage structures.

- Manage the company's payroll process in collaboration with finance.

  1. Training & Development:

- Create and manage training programs for employee onboarding and career development.

- Promote learning and development opportunities to enhance workforce capabilities.

- Identify skill gaps and facilitate upskilling programs.

  1. HR Strategy & Culture:

- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

- Promote a positive workplace culture that reflects the values of Harmonious Capital Administration.

- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within financial services or investment sectors.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven leadership and team management experience.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
