About Us: At Best Friends Animal Hospital, we are a two-doc practice committed to providing exceptional veterinary care with a focus on empathy and personalized attention. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology to ensure the well-being of our patients. We have 5 exam rooms, a comfort room, companion laser, lift and weight tables, ultrasound, digital full body and dental x-ray along with fully stocked treatment, surgical and lab areas for your convenience. Our team is dedicated to creating a warm and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. We value cooperation and teamwork along with comradery and collaboration.

Position Overview:
As a Veterinarian at Best Friends Animal Hospital, you will have the opportunity to:
- Perform thorough examinations, diagnostics, and medical treatments for a variety of animals.
- Develop strong relationships with pet owners, providing education and guidance on their pet's health and well-being.
- Collaborate with a passionate team of veterinary professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine through continued education.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution. Pennsylvania State veterinary license in good standing or the ability to obtain one.
- DEA license (can be acquired upon hire at the expense of the practice)
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards animals and their owners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
