TCS is looking to hire an SAP RTR Engagement Director for the Global Consulting Practice. The role will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of complex and large transformation engagements at TCS clients. They will be required to coordinate the work of TCS and client team members for one or more projects and will be accountable for the successful delivery of all phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects. The role will be responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project. It will be expected that the candidate demonstrates end-to-end business process knowledge in Record to Report processes.

*Responsibilities:
• This position is accountable to ensure high quality solution designs that meet current and anticipated business needs. Responsibilities also include evaluating alternatives to satisfy business objectives, estimating and planning SAP Record to Report (RTR) projects and cross-project process and design governance.
• Lead business requirements workshops with customer to design and roll out S/4 HANA solution for Finance & Controlling area
• Design global template based on the best practices
• Prepare blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.
• Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from "out of the box" functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
• Own overall inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)

• Working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA based Finance structures is an absolute requirement.
• The ability to be hands-on and mentor junior team members.
• Able to provide accurate estimates, timeline, and ability to self-direct and manage teams and client
• Understand and have knowledge to integrate with BPC, SD, MM
• Must have Finance & Accounting background with expertise
• Should be proficient in conversation on wide ranging Finance and Accounting topics with Finance Controllers, users, senior management, and C-level leaders
• Should have working experience in project estimation, project planning, and staffing
• Must be capable of functioning with only limited oversight. Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively internally and externally
• Experience managing 20+ resources
• Willingness to travel up to 100%
