Strategic Analysis, Inc. is seeking skilled software engineers specializing in design, define, develop, test, and debug software for secure communications networks and interface with a highly mission specific team working within a DevOps framework to build and manage software and hardware systems in a classified environment to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field required

Certifications: Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer required

Clearance: Active TS/SCI

Work Location: Full time onsite at Arlington VA headquarters, DARPA.

Experience:

Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience research, design, and development of computer and network software or specialized utility programs which may include database maintenance within an application area

Demonstrate skill in conceiving, planning and conducting research in problem areas of considerable scope and complexity requiring unconventional or novel approaches and sophisticated research techniques

Shall have experience applying programming concepts in a professional or academic setting and notable experience with applying modern software development methodologies (e.g. agile, DEVOPS/DEVSECOPS) in a professional or academic setting

Demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices for end to end requirements generation, design build and test, and integration of software and hardware solutions into operational settings.

Published articles in field of expertise is preferred
