We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will lead a team of HR team members and play a crucial role in overseeing all human resources functions within the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the professional development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Drive HR best practices, policies, and procedures to support organizational growth and efficiency. Implement retention strategies to minimize turnover and foster a stable and motivated workforce.
    • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues. Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive work culture that encourages diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
    • Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management programs and processes. Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance feedback and career development.
    • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Facilitate career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance. Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to maintain equitable and attractive compensation packages.
    • HR - Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee payroll processes and collaborate with finance for budget planning related to HR expenditures.
Skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
    • Ability to work on-site in our Nashville office full-time.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset for HR metrics and reporting.
Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience managing an HR team.
    • Experience in an HR role in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
    • Experience managing Worker's Compensation claims process preferred.
    • Experience managing or supporting safety programs in a Manufacturing process preferred.
