Establish and enforce financial controls, including policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Strategic Planning & Departmental Management: Continuously evaluate key performance indicators and departmental goals to identify and act on opportunities for improvement. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and labor management for assigned areas.
