This position is responsible for set up, cleanliness, and maintenance of all banquet equipment and function rooms.

General Requirements:
Able to work most weekends and holidays.
Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
Experience: None.
Education: None.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight (minimum of 50lbs)

Description
Overview: At Kolter Hospitality the Banquet Set-Up delivers service excellence to the Banquets team and our guests by committing to guest satisfaction and providing an exceptional experience. This position is responsible for set up, cleanliness, and maintenance of all banquet equipment and function rooms.
Performance Expectations:
- Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and complete setup accordingly.
- Break down of banquet space after event.
- Maintains a strong knowledge of various types of set-up.
- Check equipment and electrical hook ups for proper working order.
- Ensure the equipment is handled and stored safely.
- Keep the function room area and storage area clean and organized.
- Report any items in need of repair.
- Follow all safety procedures while working.
