Anesthesiology Physician

Locums - Memphis, Tennessee, Anesthesiologist Job * Clinical Role: * Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! * Locum job opening * Seeking multiple board certified or truly board eligible anesthesiologists * Work for a nationwide anesthesiology group that is taking over the contract * 25 CRNAs and 50 anesthesiologists work for this group * They work out of several hospitals in Memphis and one in Olive Branch, MS * You can work out of one site or multiple - your choice * Looking for providers who can commit to a 6 month assignment to start * Monday-Friday * Shift types: 8s, 10s, 12s, and 24s * Call frequency: as much as you're able to offer * Depending on the type of call, it is either in-house or beeper * Types of cases: * General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Vascular, Urology, Gynecology * Transplants, Neuro (heads and spine), Cardiac (TEE) * NORA: GI, Cath lab, Interventional Radiology etc. * MD must be comfortable supervising CRNA (2/3) and performing own cases (1/3) * Physician to CRNA ratio when stable: 1:0, 0:1, 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4 (depending on the site) * Welcomed skill sets: Epidural, spinal, regional (brachial plexus, fem-sciatic, ankle, wrist, etc.) with ultrasound * BLS, ACLS, and PALS required * EMR: Cerner, transitioning to EPIC * Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more! * What RecruitWell Provides: * A rated malpractice * Weekly direct deposit * 24/7 dedicated recruiter support * Professional onboarding and credentialing * Prepaid travel and lodging * RecruitWell's Core Values: * Open communication * Sense of urgency * Teamwork * Accountability * Driven to win * Higher consciousness
