Responsibilities:Hunt and generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting key accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsEvaluate key account sales performance and recommend improvementsAddress customer-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing matters in a timely mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for optimizing key account management activitiesWork with key accounts to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing plansDeliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings, and industry conferencesAssist in key account marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and promotional initiativesStay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activitiesCommunicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to key accountsManage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities within key accountsDrive revenue growth through strategic engagement with key accountsCreate and execute sales plans to help key accounts achieve their financial goalsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or above in a related fieldFluency in English; Fluent in Mandarin is preferred5+ years of experience in hunting and managing key account sales in B2B related areas preferred.Knowledge or experience with CDN and related products preferredExperience in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new key accountsExperience in educating customers about product portfolio and service offeringsKnowledge of market trends analysis to develop effective sales plans and increase brand awarenessOutstanding presentation and communication skillsAbility to actively manage sales activities to generate revenue within key accountsAbility to collaborate with key accounts to create and execute business plans to achieve sales goalsLocation State(s)CaliforniaThe base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $91,200.0 to $228,000.0 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
