You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our cloud environments meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and resilience.What you'll be doingSolution Design: Design secure cloud architectures and solutions that align with industry standard processes and regulatory requirements.Security Implementation: Implement security controls and mechanisms across various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to protect data, applications, and infrastructure.Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.Security Policy Development: Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard critical information and mitigate security risks.Security Automation: Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline security operations and improve incident response times.Collaboration: Collaborate with internal partners, including IT operations, development, and compliance teams, to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps processes.Security Training: Provide security awareness training and mentorship to employees and partners to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.What you'll bringBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS Certified Security - Specialty.Demonstrated ability with AWS and Azure public cloud environments.Extensive experience in creating and implementing security solutions in cloud environments.In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles, technologies, and standard processes.Solid understanding of network security, identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and data protection.Hands-on experience with cloud security tools and technologies, such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, and Google Cloud Security Command Center.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks in complex cloud environments.Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 - $180,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive.
