The goal is to get up to 8 Day Time Teams. 14 FT and 6 PT Physicians, groups plan is to reach 18 FTE quickly Open ICU but there are intensivists on staff 2 Nocturnists work together at night with an average of 12 total admits between 2 docs at night. Average census is in the 130 s Hospital Employed MGMA Salary 25% bump in pay for nights (3 members of the group take the majority of the night shifts).
