Full Time Associate Dentist - San Francisco, CA

As an Associate Dentist at Dental Studio, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dental care and contributing to the success of our practice. You will join a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing the best possible patient experience and promoting healthy dentistry.

Duties:

• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
• Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests to determine the extent of dental issues
• Administer anesthetics to patients to minimize pain during procedures
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive dental care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records

Skills:

• Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
• Experience working with pediatric patients and providing age-appropriate dental care
• Ability to take and interpret vital signs during dental procedures
• Proficiency in dental software systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix
