What you'll be doing
We are currently hiring a project manager to manage a portfolio of implementation and consulting projects. Work at Darkhorse Emergency is diverse and ever-changing. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our software implementations for fire departments. Here's what you'll be up to:
- Leading Implementation Projects: Take charge of our software rollout from start to finish. You'll manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring every project hits the mark and makes our clients happy.
- Client Engagement and Onboarding: Be the go-to person for fire departments. Guide them through onboarding, run product demos, and make sure they hit the ground running with our platform.
- Adoption and Optimization: Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges. Your goal? Develop strategies that help them get the most out of our software, optimize their usage, and see real benefits.
- Strategic Planning and Problem Solving: Collaborate with clients to map out strategic plans that align with their goals and our capabilities. Identify potential roadblocks and come up with innovative solutions to keep things on track.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, from fire chiefs to department heads. Clear communication and alignment are your best friends here.
- Financial Management and Invoicing: Keep the financial side of projects running smoothly. Prepare and send invoices on time, and maintain accurate billing records to ensure project profitability.
- Account Management and Retention: Own client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Spot opportunities to increase revenue and add value through our solutions.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Always be on the lookout for ways to improve our implementation processes. Contribute to developing best practices and innovative project management approaches.
- Client Success and Satisfaction: Ensure our clients achieve their goals and love our solutions. Gather feedback, measure success, and strive for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work with technical analysts, sales leaders, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing to achieve project goals.
