Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Empire Technological Group DBA Aruze Gaming Global is looking to add a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to our team!

Las Vegas

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and assessing: Identifying issues in processes and analyzing current strategies
• Implementing improvements: Using tools like DMAIC, 5S, and value stream mapping to reduce waste and increase efficiency
• Leading projects: Defining project goals, developing plans, and tracking progress
• Communicating: Speaking with employees at all levels of the organization, from front-line workers to C-level executives
• Mentoring: Teaching and guiding other team members
• Advocating for change: Pursuing organizational change without upsetting employees
• Ensuring alignment: Making sure business improvement projects are connected to business objectives
• Other duties as requested and /or assigned.

Skills / Abilities:

• Achieved a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Five-year track record of delivering business improvement projects at Black Belt Level.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration
• Experience of working with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Ability to lead a cross functional team.
