Is it time to advance your career? Do you have a passion for mentoring? Our Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center (WVRC) - Kenosha would like to add an experienced Emergency Veterinarian with a strong interest in supporting and leading our internal and external medical educational opportunities.
Core duties:
• Leads our on-site ER Immerse Training Program.
• Functions as a primary mentor.
• Provides clinical leadership by example, ensuring high-quality medicine.
• Ensures a team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Assists in the recruitment of high-quality Veterinarians.
• Fosters positive relationships with referring Veterinarians.
• Provides medical input into hospital development, marketing and equipment selection.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• DVM or equivalent degree.
• Licensed to practice in Wisconsin.
• Experience mentoring and teaching junior Veterinarians.
Compensation:
• Competitive base salary based on experience.
• (Base +) 25% Production.
• Annual $30,000.00 Senior stipend.
• $25,000.00 signing bonus
