What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for the enterprise Project Management Office and implementation of strategic, cross-business projects, initiatives and processes, based on the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) framework that underpin the strategic direction of the business and operations. Leads and supports the Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstream, providing leadership, innovation, and oversight for initiatives that enable desired organizational change with minimum disruption of business processes.
- Employs a structured change management strategy to facilitate organizational changes, ensuring Members and teammembers are ready to adopt change with confidence. Develops and executes targeted plans to facilitate change and minimize resistance.
- Works closely with senior leadership to align change efforts with organizational goals, oversees the execution of project and portfolio management activities leveraging industry-leading best practices, and leads a team of professionals to effectively manage change across the organization.
- Oversees change management plans across the organization to ensure function/business level initiatives stay aligned to the overall goals and are meeting milestones and effectiveness metrics.
- Plays a critical role in collaborating with leaders across the credit union to deliver strategic change for our Members, teams and financial strength. Leads the planning process of internal resources to provide organization-wide understanding of the support needed to implement strategic change. Actively consults with managers to build organization-wide resource plans and support for strategic initiatives.
- Provides overall strategic governance for project and portfolio management by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery.
- Establishes methodologies to set productive and quality targets and to assess results for all projects.
- Responds to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions.
- Mentors project leaders to improve processes, procedures and standards based on program's needs. Oversees, manages and optimizes the performance of the organization's project and program portfolios, ensuring timely execution, effective resource and financial management, and achievement of desired outcomes. Develops complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation and plans for projects and programs.
- Identifies, assesses, and implements process improvements addressing major operational risks, needs, and opportunities impacting Member service to maximize efficiency, streamline processes, and support organizational agility.
- Partners with key stakeholders on communication, change management and/or training plans, materials and oversee or monitor the execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of normal business operations.
- Identifies risks, anticipates resistance, and crafts targeted plans to address concerns.

- Develop and coach managers and team by establishing annual performance goals, allocating resources, setting priorities and progressing teammembers' technical skills and knowledge.
- Manages division budget.
- Handles the most sensitive Member issues to ensure a positive Member and teammember experience and outcome.
- Contributes to organizational strategies and priorities as a member of Leadership team. Establishes and implements strategies that have mid to long-term (3-5 years) impact on business results in alignment with organization objectives.
- Appropriately identifies, evaluates, and manages risk within area and implements risk mitigation strategies and activities as appropriate.
- Supports credit union in overall financial objectives and Member Service goals.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with third-party vendors and sub-servicer to ensure highest level of service is provided to Members.
- Provides insights and recommendations as to the strength of the Credit Union's brand and ways of enhancing them.
- Guides the department's development by soliciting feedback from its internal customers and making needed improvements.
- Takes initiative to bring forward and implement ideas that help the credit union grow successfully.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- 7-10 years of previous experience required
- 3-5 years of experience in management required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Required
- Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) Preferred
- Familiarity with StratOp and ServiceNow Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of OCM methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, with expertise in PowerPoint
- Proficient in change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in adapting to new situations and problem-solving
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly respond to changes
