Administrative Operations Analyst

Amentum is seeking a dynamic and innovative Administrative Operations Analyst to provide support to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Operations Directorate and specifically to the Director of Operations (2 star Flag/General Office), Deputy Director of Operations (1 star Flag/General Office), and Mobilization Assistant (1 star Flag/General Office).

This roll will span the full spectrum of support responsibilities to improve the overall performance of the Operations Directorate leadership support team.

The salary range for this position is $125K to $150K. You will directly support the USINDOPACOM Director of Operations and his supporting Flag and General Officers as part of the team assisting the Director in execution of his day-to-day operations. This roll will span the full spectrum of support responsibilities to improve the overall performance of the Operations Directorate leadership support team.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Advise senior leadership on day-to-day execution of duties by using knowledge of leadership's priorities.
- Interface with external visitors and staff to enhance the ability of leadership to meet mission focus areas.
- Prepare leadership for command battle rhythm events by preparing pre-event and post-event products for review.
- Coordinate with staff and leadership for the planning and execution of travel to meet command mission.
- Assist in the coordination of Distinguished Visitors events to include coordination and guiding of action officers in support of Distinguished Visitor engagements.
- Prepare and track administrative correspondence for leadership review and decision making.
- Interface with other leadership office team to provide administrative support.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience supporting Department of the Air Force.
- At least 3 years of experience on a Flag/General Officer staff.
- Prior experience as a Flag/General Office Aide, Executive Assistant, Writer or other front office key position.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations.
- Experience in writing reports, graphics, and information papers.
- Experience analyzing operational data.
- Highly proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must have an active Top-Secret clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 10+ years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience coordinating with other Department of Defense (DoD) entities, including the Joint Staff, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and USINDOPACOM's Service Components as well as non-DoD organizations such as DHS and State Department.
