You are:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You're as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you're up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The work:
• Strategically define how data will be stored, consumed, integrated and managed by different data entities and systems.
• Analyze, design and or implement data design and best practices through technology solutions. Aligned with data governance, predictive modeling, and or data visualization.
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats - interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams - and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities you've been given
• Interact with all workstreams - technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients' needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
• Please note that this role will focus on FICO, but we are willing to cross-train people who have managed implementations of other modules of SAP.

Job Qualifications
Here's what you need:
• Must be in possession of Secret level security clearance status with the Government of Canada
• Minimum of 7 years' functional experience implementing SAP (although the role will focus on FICO, we are willing to cross-train people who have managed implementations of other modules of SAP)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with S/4 Hana
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing teams on implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 9 years' work experience).
• Ability to act as a Functional Solution Architect within the functional area, providing high-level design expertise.
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4 transformations and a track record of successful project implementations.
• Proven capability in defining SAP functional roadmaps and strategies for clients.
• Experience in leading business process reengineering efforts to optimize finance-related workflows and enhance process efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite executives, to present functional strategies and gain buy-in.
Bonus points if:
• You've got external consulting experience
• You know how SAP's business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
