The Role
We seek a self-motivated and result-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The Senior SDR will be pivotal in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales pipeline. As a Senior SDR, you'll conduct outreach, initiate conversations, and nurture relationships with potential customers while helping the rest of the SDR team as a mentor.

The Role
We seek a self-motivated and result-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The Senior SDR will be pivotal in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales pipeline. As a Senior SDR, you'll conduct outreach, initiate conversations, and nurture relationships with potential customers while helping the rest of the SDR team as a mentor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on persona and accounts level to initiate conversations with the ideal buyer personas within identified customer profiles in North America.
- Generate curiosity & interest in Sprinto through various channels including cold calls, emails, and social touches daily.
- Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and identifying pain points that our solution can address.
- Set up preliminary meetings and demos for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition & benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate & up-to-date records of lead interactions and data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with your AE to align outreach strategies and ensure a seamless lead hand-off process.
- Stay updated on the industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to tailor outreach messages effectively.
- Achieve weekly/monthly quota for lead generation and qualified opportunities.
- Attend industry events as required
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or sales development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment for at least 3 to 7 years.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone, and through written communication.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks & prospects.
- Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques
- Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
- Knowledge of email marketing software or other SAAS or CRM systems is a plus
