Rate of Pay: $99,659 per year
Duties: Initiate process enhancements and digital solutions using technologies such as artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, business process management solutions and robotics. Work in Record to Report services and knowledge on current technologies to provide value add solutions that meet customers' needs and R2R service line needs Optimize financial processes using lean methodologies and automation tools available within Siemens. Identify opportunities of scaling R2R services to existing and future customers. Drives innovation. Ability to evaluate new tools/application in alignment with the Global R2R strategy (Power BI, RPA, Data Analytics, AI, etc.) to achieve efficiency targets is required. Defining and aligning local R2Rportfolio and service strategy with Global Service lines is also required. Support the implementation of Global R2R portfolio / service roadmap and the GBS North Star initiative. Translate customer demand into an operational activity and display operations capability to CRM. Identify requirements needed for process reengineering and work with the customer and R2R service lines to implement changes, whether digital or operational driven. Monitor the savings and KPI's associated with the new service and value-added automation. Partner with the R2Rdelivery centers by monitoring and increasing automation rates internal to those centers. Identify potential projects with GBS R2R and customers through relationship management or customer satisfaction indicators.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in Financial Analyst - related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
15% domestic travel required. [Hybrid Role]

- Developing processes in Python, Knime and Alteryx.
- Performing processes redesigns.
