What impact you'll make:
The Facilities and EHS Leader will be the leader and point of contact for facility management and Environmental Health, Safety, compliance, and security for the Longmont, CO Control Solutions and Services site. The Facilities and EHS Leader will be engaged with the Manufacturing team and other cross-functional personnel at the business headquarters site to develop and continuously improve EHS culture. This role will also be responsible for facilities maintenance and upgrades that will be critical for capacity expansion and site Lean Transformation. This role will report directly into the Plant Manager and will work collaboratively with the Supply Chain organization and cross-functional business leadership teams on-site.

The base pay range for this position is $124,300.00 - $207,200.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
This position is also eligible for 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
*The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop site programs to promote employee engagement and cultivate a strong EHS culture at the site.
- Ensure that the site is compliant to GE Vernova EHS policies, standards, and framework.
- Support and/or lead assigned sites with audits, accident investigations and EHS concerns.
- Influence the development of site strategy and policy formation related EHS and facilities management.
- Engage with manufacturing team members to develop new processes and improve existing processes to minimize EHS risk.
- Lead and coordinate shop floor equipment installation, infrastructure modifications, and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate facility upgrades and renovations that will be critical for capacity expansion and site Lean Transformation and new GE Vernova branding implementation.
- Provide oversight and coaching to facilities personnel and work orders process
- Coordinate and manage site groundskeeping and housekeeping services
- Implement and manage site security policies, protocols, equipment, and services.
- Manage 3rd party contractors working on site to include bidding and selection and validation of safety plans, insurance, and training qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- At least 5 years of EHS experience or experience in a manufacturing operations environment with involvement with EHS programs.
Desired Characteristics
- EHS - Fixed Facilities knowledge and experience from a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization as well as organizations outside GE (regulatory agencies).
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight schedules and able to bring assignments to a successful completion.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
