Who You Are

Justworks is looking for a strategically focused Senior Field Enablement Manager to build, deploy, and manage enablement programs for our go-to-market teams. The Senior Field Enablement Manager will be critical in developing key sales skills and competencies in our sellers and leaders. In this role, you will partner with key business partners to build an end-to-end enablement curriculum and other best-in-class programs for our GTM teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in 1) advancing selling skillsets, 2) executing sales enablement programs, and 3) collaborating with cross-functional teams on outcome-based enablement strategies. This role combines elements of strategic planning, training, and execution to ensure that Justworkers have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles, leading to remarkable customer experiences every time! This role reports to the Director of Field Enablement.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
  • Determine local needs to create comprehensive, engaging, and effective training and enablement strategies to improve field performance
  • Embed with our go-to-market teams to develop a clear perspective on how to create and improve programs
  • Provide sellers with relevant knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve sales objectives/priorities
  • Run effective enablement research and discovery
  • Manage and communicate enablement portfolio including, launches, updates, and success metrics
  • Adapt and implement the go-to-market teams' learner journey including onboarding, everboarding, and leadership development
  • Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with key business partners including our Center of Excellence, Sales, Product Marketing, and Quality Assurance teams
  • Act as the voice of Sales, ensuring programs and content are built and deployed with this team in mind
  • Plan and execute regionalization of enablement programs and content
  • Develop and maintain programs and content that are specific to the Sales organization and that align with the business needs and strategic programs
  • Develop scalable ways to introduce new content and update existing trainings
  • Track, measure, and innovate the efficiency and impact of programs, training, tools, and processes. Provide recommendations for ongoing improvements

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years in Revenue Enablement, Learning and Development, Sales/Success
  • Minimum of 3 years experience building/executing global enablement programs for various audiences including leaders
  • Highly skilled in influencing without authority at the Director and VP level
  • Experience with Sales methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices
  • Project management experience delivering quality products on short timeframes
  • Outstanding communication skills (oral, written, digital, visual, and presentation)
  • Proficient in using enablement and conversation intelligence tools like Highspot, Ambition, Chorus/Gong
  • Proven success in designing and implementing effective, outcome-based training & enablement programs using a suite of modern tools & modalities
  • Experience working at a high-growth Saas company preferred
  • People management experience is a plus

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $122,000.00 to $134,200.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
