Job Description:

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, interpretation, evaluation, and analysis of various intelligence disciplines, including signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) as they relate to supply chain analytics.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on intelligence topics, including human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), and open-source intelligence (OSINT).
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in specific regions, topics, or technologies relevant to the organization's mission.
  • Evaluate and interpret intelligence data to produce detailed threat assessments and intelligence reports.
  • Develop and present intelligence assessments and briefings to a wide range of customers, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
  • Create visual narratives that intuitively simplify complex concepts for a variety of audiences.
  • Collaborate with other intelligence analysts and stakeholders to enhance intelligence production and threat analysis.
  • Recommend solutions to determine effective and efficient strategies.
  • Mentor and train junior analysts fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Here's what you need:
  • Minimum 10 years' All-Source intelligence experience in IC or DoD including writing and briefing for senior IC/DoD customers.
  • Experienced in standard intelligence community and/or commercial/academic analytical techniques, tools, and processes.
  • Recent Intelligence Analysis experience focused on the EUCOM AOR.
  • Extensive experience focused on supply chain analytics, logistics, and Indications & Warning (I&W).
  • Experience producing high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, papers, presentations) and preparing and presenting formal or informal briefings as required.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Kibana, or PowerBI).
  • Strong briefing and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various audiences.
  • Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software and tools.
  • Experience with MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Bonus points if you have:
  • Degree in international relations, intelligence studies, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Advanced analytical certifications or training.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance or active TS with SCI eligibility


As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$97,300-$196,500 USD
