Assembler/Test/Pack - Multiple Shifts Location : WASHINGTON, MO, United States Job Family : Manufacturing Job Type : Regular Posted : Sep 27, 2024 Job ID : 52207 Back to Search Results Job Description Apply Now > Save JobJob Saved • Select various valve parts for assembly from production work order. • Load and unload assemblies from the furnace. • Inspect braze and weld joints for pin holes or weak welds/brazes. • Make necessary adjustments to machines. • Replacing Electrodes on welders. • Install and assemble seat, pin and pin carrier, pushrods using dial indicator. • Install and assemble assemblies, pistons and adaptors into body assemblies. • Install internal parts such as diaphragm, spider and buffer plate into power element assembly for heli-arc welding. • Load and unload valve final assembly into test equipment and run tests. • Painting and curing components or sub assemblies may be required. • Get and dispose of material to and from work position. • Clean equipment as required. • Flexing from one workstation into another is required for continuous through put. • Maintaining cycle counts (inventory) may be required. • Active participation in High Performance Team. • Active participation in lean events. • Follow Safety procedures and safe work practices • Follow 5S program • High School Diploma or GED • Manufacturing experience and/or a combination of education and experience. • Ablity to work as part of an effective, high functioning team Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies.
