The Medical tubing packer will be responsible for ensuring that medical tubing products are packaged according to strict quality and safety standards. This is a meticulous and detail-oriented position that is critical in maintaining the integrity and sterility of our medical products. Key Functions: Safety: Work safely, following all safety policies and proactively enforcing and participating in the safe work of others. Be a leading example of adherence to all internal safety procedures and policies to keep a clean and organized manufacturing environment. Packaging: Carefully package medical tubing products in compliance with ISO 7 cleanroom standards and company protocols. Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality specifications before packaging. Documentation: Accurately complete all required documentation and labeling for packaged products. Cleanroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to cleanroom protocols to prevent contamination. Quality control: Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and report and defects or issues with products. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of packaging materials and report and shortages to the supervisor. Compliance: Follow all Safety and regulatory guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment. (PPE) Qualifications Candidate Requirements: Detail-oriented to prevent product comingling and for defect detection English/ Spanish language is desired Ability to use computer equipment, MS Office and work in an ERP system. Physical Requirements Ability to lift to 75 lbs. consistently and higher occasionally. Ability to stand for extended periods Manual dexterity to handle small components Capable of working on 12-hour shifts, some weekends. Basic math skills to complete calculation and measurement of product. Intermediate computer skills to input data / interface with Material Management Systems.
