About the Position The Golden State Warriors are looking for a Manager, Partnership Insights to bring a strategic and analytical approach to our overall Corporate Partnership objectives across the partnership lifecycle. This role will be critical in helping our team drive a competitive advantage through revenue-generation across all properties (Chase Center, Golden State Warriors, Golden State Valkyries, Santa Cruz Warriors, Warriors Gaming Squad, and Golden State Entertainment). This position reports to the Director, Partnership Insights. This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Director and Insights team on partnership strategy across multiple stages of the partnership lifecycle from acquisition to performance
  • Participate in revenue-generating asset ideation across multiple Golden State org-wide properties to drive valuable assets and programs for current and prospective partners
  • Manage relationships across corporate partnerships team to assist in driving partner-specific objectives, return on investment, and retention
  • Manage KORE CRM platform and lead partnership deal sheet process, quality control, asset-objective alignment, and season rollovers
  • Utilize Tableau integration in KORE for organizational reporting needs and dashboards
  • Maintain partner measurement dashboard including data-sharing uploads, quality control, and third-party vendor and project management
  • Handle market, brand, and category intel and help drive the partnership strategy for new business acquisition and prospecting
  • Direct partner measurement and recap process including midseason and end of season reporting and insights
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in sports management, business administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years in sponsorship, marketing, or advertising role with a specialization in strategy, research, consumer insights and/or analytics; experience working for a revenue-generating team is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between brand marketing objectives and assets that help drive and achieve a brand's business goals
  • Experience working with data solutions and market research programs (YouGov, GWI, Nielsen, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce KORE and Tableau as well media metrics and data (e.g., ratings, reach, frequency, CPM, CPE, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build positive relationships and translate data into business narratives for partners at all levels across the organization
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility with changing priorities; ability to organize, prioritize and handle workload
Time Commitment
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed

  • $75,000 + Bonus
