About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven Analytics Consultant who loves digging into customer data to uncover valuable insights, solve complex problems, and drive optimal decision making based on identified trends and opportunities. This customer-facing role will work within our Analytics practice on our Professional Services team to be the liaison between the customer and the Data Service Delivery team, as well as help customers define a value measurement plan with Demandbase and understand the health of their ABM (account-based marketing) programs and initiatives that the Demandbase Platform is used for.

The base compensation range for this position, not including the company bonus, is: $85,000 - $150,000

What you'll be doing:
  • Work directly with customers to understand business requirements and drivers around data.
  • Work cross functionally to evangelize customer needs with internal teams to ensure the right internal resources are assigned to projects while aligning and driving solutions that solve our customers' business needs.
  • Manage customer and internal team expectations to ensure alignment and deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve all project scope, issues, risks, and delivery schedule to ensure projects are properly planned, staffed, scheduled, and budgeted to drive success.
  • Work with customer data to identify, analyze, and interpret outcomes of activities within the Demandbase Platform, as well as provide any recommended next steps.
  • Create a measurement strategy and plan that provides customers guidance on understanding how to measure the success of their ABM efforts.
  • Design and build dashboards, presentations, and reports for customers to answer questions and drive recommendations.
  • Join calls with customers to understand their needs, gather requirements, and deliver relevant presentations and insights.

What we're looking for:
  • 3-4 years of experience working with customer data in a customer facing role (Services or Agency background preferred), ideally at a SaaS company
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
  • Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
  • Understanding of CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Experience leading and facilitating customer discovery and project meetings
  • Skilled leadership in running requirements definitions and workshops
  • Experience designing documentation and configuring solutions
  • Experience compiling an analysis from problem statement to presentation and resolving any follow up questions
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Team player, curious/proactive learner, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on ambiguous problems
  • Not required but preferred:
    • Data Science exposure/experience
    • Experience with value measurement
    • Understanding of marketing practices and technologies desirable
    • Experience providing strategic recommendations, especially around marketing practices desirable
