Frontier Communications is in the midst of exciting growth and transformation and is looking for a strategic Senior Manager, GTM. We're looking for an experienced marketing manager who will oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and performance of acquisition marketing for the consumer organization. This is a cross-functional role that will work with multiple teams including product, Go-To-Channel, marketing, consumer research and insights, sales, and legal. A successful candidate for this position is creative and detail oriented with strong communication, relationship building and project management skills. This person will help brief in the wider teams on upcoming product and campaign launches and oversee from strategy through to execution. What we need in you:
What you'll do:
• Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for product launches and campaigns, including a brief to marketing team
• Brief will include objective, marketing goal, clear RTBs and drafted key messaging
• Partner with legal team to create overarching new guidelines around claims and messaging
• Develop, implement, and track campaigns with clear, established goals and benchmarks to report on the effectiveness
• Assist leadership team with performance metrics, provide insights regarding results, and apply insights to future efforts
• Develop, organize and manage consumer roadmap and calendar with product launches, promo and price changes
• Develop progress and communications project status reports for management
• Collaborate and support relationships with key partnerships to ensure messaging and branding is aligned
• Generate promos ideas both nationally and in target markets; ensure promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with Go-To-Channel team on incentives programs and product launches

What background you should have:
• Minimum of 8-10 years marketing experience with proven success from strategy to execution
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
• Proven track record of developing and leading successful marketing campaigns
• Proven track record of developing strategic briefs and GTM strategies
• Experience and exposure to subscription-based products (preferably in telecommunications)
• Familiarity with agency communications
• Team orientation and strong communication skills
• Detail oriented with experience in initiating and managing multiple projects
• Must be available to travel from time to time
