Job Summary
SHI has an exciting opportunity with SHI Capital supporting Enterprise Sales, as an SHI Capital Finance Account Manager.
The position offers exposure to sales, sales support, marketing, partner relations, project management, training & development, and program administration. The SHI Capital Finance Account Manager will be a key resource for SHI's salesforce, ensuring that customers are receiving the best financing solution to meet their needs, as well as being a liaison for SHI Capital and strategic financing partners. They will be an expert on SHI Capital's programs and will work extensively with sales teams to assist in closing business via pipeline activity. Conversations with customers will vary from leasing and financing fundamentals and benefits to discussing balance sheet treatment with C-level executives. Some occasional travel may be required.
Applicant should be interested in working in a team environment to support SHI's Inside and Outside Sales Representatives in their efforts to offer SHI Capital's financing solutions. This individual will also be a point person for facilitating trainings for the various divisions of SHI's salesforce. SHI Capital is one of SHI's fastest growing initiatives that requires a proactive, driven individual to manage the sales process and the responsibilities that come with supporting a large, growing salesforce, and driving revenue.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sales Support
- Become an in-house, subject matter expert on leasing and financing
- Help manage SHI's pipeline for financing opportunities
- Act as a contact for financing program questions
- Assist in closing business with SHI sales reps and help to pivot conversations to all lines of business
- Work with SHI sales reps to strategize, deliver pricing, join customer calls, and negotiate contracts
Relationship building/communication
- Proactively work to develop and foster relationships between SHI Capital and SHI sales reps
- Hold regular pipeline reviews with various partners
- Collaborate with SHI Corp's key partners to help drive incremental sales
- Regularly attend sales team meetings & huddles
- Regularly attend field sales team meetings via Teams
- Help develop and deliver promotional initiatives
- Work with L&D to coordinate SHI sales training on SHI Capital's offering and sales strategies
- Represent SHI Capital at events
SHI Capital program administration
- Work closely with SHI Capital's financial partners
- Establish customer credit lines
- Resolve lease/finance agreement execution issues
- Resolve program accounting issues
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of inside/outside sales experience (preferably in financial sales)
- Working knowledge of general business, including sales, marketing, finance, and technology
- Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles and commercial credit
Required Skills
- Familiarity with SHI's go to market strategy and long-term goals or ability to ramp up quickly
- Familiarity or ability to ramp up quickly with sales tools including: CRM, Sales Center, AX, BI, TVal, etc.
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Analytical approach and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proactive, driven, and positive work attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Provide excellent support to customers, SHI Sales, and key partners
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as use of email
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and commission. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
