The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology at Albany Medical College and the Bernard & Millie Duker Childrens Hospital is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time faculty position with opportunities to deliver exceptional care, engage in teaching, and advance your career in a collaborative, academic environment.

Position Highlights

• Comprehensive Clinical Program for GI, hepatobiliary, and nutritional diseases.
• Advanced Procedures:
  • Diagnostic & therapeutic endoscopy
  • Esophageal pH and impedance studies (including BRAVO)
  • Video capsule endoscopy
  • Anorectal and esophageal manometry
• Strong Multidisciplinary Support: Collaborate with adult gastroenterologists, pediatric surgeons, radiologists, dietitians, nurses, behavioral therapists, and social workers.
• Academic Excellence:
  • Teaching opportunities for medical students and residents
  • Faculty appointment at Albany Medical College (rank commensurate with experience)

Team Structure

• 4 Full-time Pediatric GI Physicians
• 2 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners
• 3 Full-time Nurses
• 1 Part-time Dietitian

Position Benefits

• Salary: $215,000 - $225,000 (Assistant Professor) with higher salaries available based on experience and rank.
