A healthcare practice in San Jose, California, is seeking a Family Practice physician to provide full-time coverage with the option to extend. Practice Setting * Outpatient primary care * Strong support staff including 4 other FM physicians, 2 PAs, a dedicated MA, and front/back office support * Established, full-spectrum family medicine treating all ages Cases and Procedures * Standard family medicine primary care * Sick visits, well visits, coughs, colds, acute and chronic illnesses * Basic and routine primary care procedures Schedule * Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm * No call requirement Requirements: * Board-certified in Family Medicine * Epic EMR experience required * BLS and DEA certification required * California medical license required Travel and Lodging: * Travel and lodging accommodations are provided JN -2
