Situation: 40-member, 14-specialty physician group with 20 primary care doctors affiliated with the not-for-profit Health System, the largest medical provider serving a largely rural 300,000 population region composed of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa. The System operates a 426-bed regional referral center in Western Illinois, (population 50,000).
The group has an ENT Department and needs to add one highly skilled, marketable, and hard-working ENT who a team player and committed to quality patient care. The other ENT's currently in the community have full practices and have been unable to accommodate the substantial referral volume generated by our primary care physicians. As a not-for-profit health system, we accept all patients regardless of economic condition or insurance coverage. The right physicians will enjoy quick growth of the practice and income to match. The group is housed in a new 100,000 sq. ft. clinic building connected by air bridge to the main hospital, offering maximum convenience and efficiency. Need to be willing to do trauma and take ER call. Support includes a Level II Trauma Center with 50,000 annual visits. Board Certification is an expectation of all our physicians. Base salary exceeds the MGMA median, and all physicians are eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by WRVU's.
