Internal Medicine Physician

* IM accepted, peds not required but preferred. * Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD * Monday-Friday 8-5, 36 hours patient care, 4 hours admin time. * Chronic Pain Management experience, preferred. * A decision is typically made within 7-14 days * We will also accept DO * BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency) * Active DEA needed before start * Credentialing takes 45-90 days * The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years), Covid-19 Vaccine Series and 1 Booster.
