In fact, Owensboro Health is Kentucky s largest private employer west of Louisville and is the largest healthcare facility in Western Kentucky. When you come to our facility, you'll see plenty of familiar faces. The people taking care of you are people you live down the road from, people you go to church with or whom you run into at the grocery. We want to treat you with the same kindness, compassion and quality of care that we would provide for a member of our own family. Systemwide, the organization has more than 4,800 employees and 250 medical staff.
